「我們一起悅讀的日子」從2015年至今已經連續舉辦七屆了，學生們在所創作的作文都會編輯成冊，並由專業出版公司出版。至今已出版6本書，分別是《我們一起悅讀的日子》（2015）、《悅讀，從少年起步》（2016）、《少年：閱讀，悅讀》（2017）、《少年：悅讀書心》（2018）、《筆端少年》（2019）、《追夢少年》（2021）。
