Pengsheng Development Co Ltd plans to develop the ‘Uzbekistan Pengsheng Industrial Park Project’ in Sirdaryo, the Republic of Uzbekistan. The project is located in the Syr Darya State of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It is about 70 kilometers away from the capital city of Tashkent. The park covers an area of 102 hectares and was invested by China Wenzhou Jinsheng Trading Co., Ltd. with a total investment of about 90 million US dollars. A total of more than 160,000 square meters of buildings including standard factory buildings, warehouses, office buildings, staff quarters and logistics service centers have been built. At the same time, railway dedicated feeder lines, natural gas transmission stations, 110 kV dual-circuit dedicated substations, and sewage have been built. Complete supporting facilities such as processing system, product testing center and customs supervision warehouse. The park has settled in 9 companies including ceramic tile, tanning, shoes, mobile phones, faucet valves, pet food and casing products. The project aims to promote the development of trade between China and Uzbekistan, expand the areas of cooperation between the two sides, and contribute to local economic development and employment.
