Mr. Yip Wei Sin, Consul General of Malaysia in Hong Kong visited HKCIEA on 2 July, 2019.

This is the first time of Mr Yap visit HKCIEA after he assumed the post of Consul General in March. He introduced the latest development of Malaysia and foreign business and inviting our association to organise a mission to Malaysia to examine the investment prospect of Malaysia.

Vice President, Mr Michael Hui explained the recent work of our association and the participation of HKCIEA on World Chinese Economic Forum which held in Kuala Lumpur in November. We would be planning to organise a mission to Malaysia to obtain intelligence on the latest development of Malaysia.

Mr Yap also gave us local Malaysia products as souvenir. The meeting concluded with a fruitful discussion.
